At Colnago, we are committed to providing high-performance cycling equipment that meets your expectations. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Colnago account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the items in their original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and protective padding to ensure the high-end components are not damaged during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered or removed.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at an authorized courier location and retain your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our facility.
