We offer a standard 2-year warranty on all frames, which can be extended to 3 years if you register your frame on our official website within 30 days of purchase.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
Unused apparel and accessories in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Please note that custom-built bicycles and personalized frames are non-refundable.
How can I verify the authenticity of my Colnago frame?
Every modern Colnago frame includes an NFC chip embedded in the down tube. You can scan this with the Colnago app to verify its authenticity and view its digital passport.
